Every weekend our family serves up undoubtably the best corn fritters in Sydney (and beyond?) at some farmers markets. Alongside and all over our fritters are a selection of other great things like a House salad with citrus dressing, bacon, chicken chipolatas, haloumi, spiced potatoes, eggplant, tomato, herbed mushrooms and slow-cooked Boston beans. And then come the relishes: Chilli jam, Roast capsicum, Sweet tomato, Wood-smoked barbecue and our famous spiced orange and beetroot. But wait! Then there is minted yoghurt, sour cream and our homemade dill aioli. Wanting more? Homemade maple balsamic glaze and homemade dukkah. For the really keen we also have homemade Worcestershire sauce and a fermented chilli sauce. So come to Fritter House and try some.
